Birth and birthing deserve to be afforded a loving presence, dignity and respect for both mother and baby. My aim is to deliver to you the information as well as my physical and heart-felt support and to provide you with a strong base from which you can prepare for the arrival of your baby – with
confidence, in stillness and with inner strength. My hope is that you will re-connect with and trust your inner knowing and embrace the opportunity to nurture and honour yourself as a woman, at this very special and unique time in your life.
